We work really hard to ship almost all orders the same day they're placed or the following day! Yes, this includes our handwritten thank you notes that accompany each and every order! The majority of orders ship via couriers like Purolator, UPS, and FedEx, and take 2-4 days on average to arrive at your door.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your items. All products must be in new, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags still attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. You are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, unless we have incorrectly fulfilled your order.

It's all in the fabrics. Bamboo rayon and merino wool, to be exact. The fabrics we use in our garments are carefully selected to be the absolute best we can find in quality, softness, durability, and performance (moisture-wicking, thermo-regulating, and more). When bamboo rayon and merino wool team up with the likes of cotton (for durability and stability) and spandex (for stretchiness), some pretty magical things happen!
