Order Never Received
I placed an order for two sleepers on June 12 and never received them even though they were “shipped”. A shipping label was created and the product has been marked as “picked up by Canada Post in Mississauga” June 25. No luck with Canada Post, they have 0 info to give me and I have yet to hear back from the Ry & Pen regarding the status of this order. I first emailed regarding my delayed order as it too a couple weeks to ship out and was understanding that they are a small business and are busy. It seems like a scam to me. If my product ever shows up I will change this review. I live in Alberta and have received packages from overseas faster. Unfortunate.

Order hasn’t shipped.
I ordered on June 13, 2024, it’s now July 24, 2024 and my order still hasn’t shipped. I’ve reached out twice and was told my order would be shipped ASAP but it still hasn’t shipped as per the tracking number. They did give me a $25 gift card for the wait which is great, but at this point I’m probably never going to order again and I’m considering contacting them for a full refund.
I ordered the bamboo PJ’s for my daughter to help us get through the summer heat, but at this point I’m not sure when they will arrive, or if they even will.
